Responsibilities
As a research assistant for this project I was mainly involved in eye-tracking data collection. This includes recruiting and interacting with participants, ensuring quality data collection, and maintaining equipment to record accurate measurements. Following data collection, I contributed as a co-author to complete edits in the manuscript submitted for publication.
Research Focus
This research experiment examined predictive processing in native English speakers. Participants were instructed to pay attention to sentences they will hear as they view images on a screen as a manipulation of task relevance.
