Responsibilities
This project serves as my undergraduate Honors thesis for the College of Public Health and Health Professions (PHHP) Honors Program. This study is further done with the support of the UF Undergraduate Scholars Program. Responsibilities include project creation, data analysis, and partial data collection.
Research Focus
This research experiment aims to use resting state EEG and semi-spontaneous speech data to find neural correlates of speech disfluencies. Of particular note, the study population is older adults who may be experiencing the beginning of cognitive decline.
